How do I clean my S'well products?
Most S'well bottles and tumblers are hand-wash only to preserve their vacuum insulation and exterior finish. Use warm, soapy water and a bottle brush for the best results, and let them air dry with the cap off.
What is the shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping, while expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I put my S'well bottle in the refrigerator or freezer?
We do not recommend placing S'well products in the freezer or refrigerator. The vacuum-insulated double-wall technology is designed to maintain temperatures internally; external cooling can damage the vacuum seal.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are S'well products BPA/BPS-free?
Yes, all S'well bottles, food containers, and accessories are made from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and are 100% BPA and BPS-free for safe, everyday use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
S'well offers a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with the insulation or craftsmanship of your product, please contact our support team with proof of purchase.
