We want you to love your S'well products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your unused S'well products in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
